A Tale of the Other Kind book cover reveal
It has been years since the first release of A Tale of the Other Kind, by author Leandi Cameron. However, we are happy to be the first to reveal the long-anticipated book cover for the second edition of the book, which will be released early 2021.
The book has been reworked and has plenty more scenes and rewrites to even invite back previous readers.
About the book
A Tale of the Other Kind is a young-adult novel about Kai Emery, a high school student who lives in a small town, in the heart of South Africa’s animal kingdom.
He is overcome by an illness, which turns out to be the most extraordinary thing to happen to him. In a state of delirium, he changes into a wereleopard with exceptional powers. With no one to help him, he becomes isolated and confused about what has happened to him.
But soon he meets Astrid, an audacious vampire who teaches him that his kind is called Changelings, and with her help, he tries to navigate this unknown world that only exists in the darkness.
Sienna Fynn is the girl that has his heart, but his infatuation with her brings unanticipated danger, and might just be the end of him.
Now they have a new and terrifying enemy – the Lord of the Underworld. Possessed of magic, and holder of creepy Harpies who are ready to attack, they face incredible danger just for being together.
Changelings are cursed to live a life that forbids them from falling in love with humans, and if they do, they will be hunted and killed.
Branded with new powers, Kai is ready to fight and take a stand for those who are suppressed by this dark curse.
